LAB University of Applied Sciences is a higher education institution that specialises in innovation, business and various industries. LAB operates in the Finnish cities of Lahti and Lappeenranta. It offers education in the five fields of business, design, fine arts and visual communication, health care and social services, technology and tourism and hospitality. We focus on supporting responsible, regenerative growth through intangible value creation, multipurpose materials, and human well-being. LAB provides education to 10,400 students and employs 600 teachers and RDI experts, which makes it the sixth largest university of applied sciences in Finland. LAB has an active approach where students and experts create growth in collaboration with business enterprises.
